Simple Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS

1 small bag frozen strawberries, do not thaw 1 can full-fat coconut milk, room temperature

1 tbs agave or maple syrup

Splash of pure vanilla extract

Chocolate chips (optional)


  • Add the strawberries and coconut milk to your food processor. Process on high until you've got a smooth mixture with no chunks, pausing to scrape down the sides (about 5 minutes total).

  • Add vanilla and sweetener and pulse. Taste and add more of either if needed.

  • Mix in chocolate chips or other add-ins if using

  • Enjoy immediately!


No Machine/No Churn

  • If not serving immediately, place ice cream into a freezer-safe container and cover

  • If you choose to freeze this ice cream overnight or longer than a few hours, it will freeze quite solid. Let it thaw at room temperature for at least 20 minutes
